Health and Safety Updates
Masks are optional on CPSD property—this includes indoors, outdoors and on school buses Masks are strongly recommended for ECEAP and Head Start students.
Masks may be temporarily required in certain situations, such as outbreaks, illness, etc. The health department continues to recommend individuals wear well-fitting masks.
- Staff, students, volunteers and visitors may continue to wear a well-fitting mask indoors, and their individual decisions will be supported.
- Masks will be available for individuals who request one. Because masks are optional and a personal family decision, the district will not monitor mask wearing.
- Masks will be required for individuals who exhibit COVID-19 symptoms at a school facility and need to isolate on site.
Everyone plays an important role in keeping our schools safe. Learn more about the district's health and safety procedures to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
