Summer Institute and New Employee Orientation are provided during the summer to prepare all educators for the year ahead.

CPSD believes that engaging in mentoring, job embedded professional development, Roundtables and Affinity Groups during the first year is beneficial to both new educators and their students.

Deep Equity Training

School staff participate in professional development with an equity focus to ensure they are equipped to support the diverse needs of our students while maintaining high standards and high expectations.
