Online Payment Instructions

Navigate to Family Access and Login

  • Visit our district website at
  • Click "go to Family Access" in the Parent menu itemin the navigation banner.
  • Log into Family Access with your login ID and password.
    • If you don't know your password, use the "Forgot your Login/Password?" link. An email will be mailed to the email address on file in Skyward. Follow the instructions.
    • If you don't have or don 't know your Login ID, or if the "Forgot your Login/Password?" link did not work, then contact your student's school for assistance.

Open Family Access and Navigate to Food Service

  • Click on the Open Family Access button.
  • Click on Food Service from the menu bar on the left of the screen. (If you don't see the menu bar, click the "+" button found in the upper left corner and click on Food Service.)

Make an Online Payment

  • Click on Make a Payment.
  • Click on Update Payment Amount for each student.
  • Enter payment amount.
  • Click on Update Cart.
  • Select Pay with Vendor at top.
  • Double check fees in cart, and click Go to Checkout if all fees are correct.
    PLEASE NOTE: If adjustments need to be made to your payment in Family Access:
  • Please Empty your shopping cart;
    Sign out of Family Access; and
    Sign back in to Family Access to start over.


  • If you are a new customer, select I am a new customer. Enter your email address and "Sign In." If you are a returning customer, select I am a returning customer. Enter your email address, password and select Sign In.
  • Enter your billing and payment information. Create a password if required.
  • Verify information for accuracy and select Complete Order.
  • Payment will be processed and receipt can be viewed and printed. A copy of your receipt will also be sent to the email address provided during account set up.
  • Logout (A logout link can be found under My Account).
