Clover Park School District July 12 Regular Meeting and Public Hearing

The Clover Park School District (CPSD) Board of Directors will hold a public hearing and regular meeting of the board on Monday, July 12, in person:

5 p.m. Public Hearing on the Budget
6 p.m. Regular Meeting of the Board

The regular board meeting will also be broadcast on Zoom for those who cannot attend in person.

Individuals who wish to attend the meeting in person must pre-register by noon on July 12 by emailing Teri Hebert at thebert@cloverpark.k12.wa.us or calling 253-583-5190. Pre-registration is required by the Miscellaneous Venues guidance provided by Governor Inslee. If you attend the meeting in person, you must complete the attestation and temperature check. The attestation/contact information will be kept on file for 28 days for contact tracing purposes.

PUBLIC COMMENT


Virtual: If you participate in the meeting virtually and wish to provide public input, email thebert@cloverpark.k12.wa.us by 5:30 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Please include your full name, home address, phone number and the topic you will be addressing.

Your email will be read to the Board during the meeting.

In Person: Those persons wishing to provide in-person public comment, you will fill out a card at the board meeting and your name will be called to the microphone to provide input.

The Board does not respond to public input during the meeting. We will contact you following the meeting within a couple of business days to give the District time to investigate the topic and be prepared to respond in a manner that is helpful to you.

The number of individuals/groups to address the Board is determined by the school board chair. Again, if you wish to address the Board, send an email prior to the meeting to thebert@cloverpark.k12.wa.us to have your remarks heard.
